Technique
A mantra specifically chosen for the student is silently and effortlessly repeated during the 20 minutes of meditation. This allows the mind to settle and quieten in a natural way. As the mind quietens, the body then settles into a deep state of rest and relaxation. As a result, stress and fatigue stored in the body begin to dissolve and the cellular memory of the body is able to restore to its natural state of wellness.
Twenty minutes morning and evening with eyes closed sitting comfortably.
